Through the lens of traditional Chinese medicine, I am able to approach you as a patient individually, assessing your unique energetic constitution, patterns and symptoms through the lens of a time-tested approach that allows for treatment of you as a whole person rather than solely focusing on/treating your symptoms. My goal as a practitioner is to understand the roots and the branches (manifestations) of how your system is currently presenting and work together to coach your body, mind and spirit into a more harmonious balance.
Chinese medicine has been proven through modern research to help with many conditions. These include relief of chronic pain, reducing stress and supporting mental health, and alleviating allergies/sensitivities, headaches, digestive issues and insomnia. It is also a strong and oft-sought approach for supporting fertility and conception as well as for fostering hormonal balance through the cycles of life.
My aim is to meet you where you are at with compassionate witness, and support you in your walk however I can using the tools and gifts I have available. Besides my formal trainings, including a doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine along with Masters in Chinese Medicine, I am largely informed by my own journey of experiencing and confronting challenges, softening and healing along the way in partnership with other healers, teachers and mentors. I am personally informed by a previous Lyme & co-infections diagnosis, mold and environmental sensitivity, and challenges leading to a dyregulated nervous system. I aim to support others in their walk and claiming of their vitality, attuning deeply and utilizing an integrative perspective informed by intuition, traditional medicine and biomedical science.
On-site acupuncture sessions
Located just outside of North Asheville, I am able to offer healing sessions on-site as well as outcalls. On-site acupuncture sessions are available on a sliding scale at this time, from $50-120 for initial visit and $50-110 for followup sessions. Packages are also available.
Initial sessions require about 60-90 minutes and followups require about 45-60 minutes.

Initial visit mobile acupuncture session: $125
Followup mobile sessions: $100
Package of 4 outcall sessions including initial visit session: $400
Other tools I use include Gua-Sha (therapeutic scraping tool), cupping, moxibustion (burning mugwort) and herbal medicines. Our consultation will help us determine which, if any of these tools we can use to support your unique needs in combination or in place of acupuncture.
