My aim is to meet you where you are at with compassionate witness, and support you in your walk however I can using the tools and gifts I have available. Besides my formal trainings, including a doctoral degree in Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal Medicine along with a combined M.S./B.S. in Nutrition and Chinese Medicine, I am largely informed by my own journey of experiencing and confronting challenges, softening and healing along the way in partnership with other healers, teachers and mentors. Physical challenges I have confronted include a Lyme & co-infections diagnosis and mold illness along with a dysregulated nervous system. In Chinese Medicine, these are often referred to under the umbrella of "Gu Syndrome," which is a term referring to the weakening of the body and the presence of toxins and/or persistent symptom-causing infections. Support for mental health and digestive needs are also a major focus for me.

I wish to offer the same softening,  opening to the movement of life, and recalibration for others even as I continue my own walk and learnings. I approach healing with an eye towards embracing each individual's innate wholeness and vitality, attuning deeply and holding an integrative perspective informed by intuition, traditional medicine and biomedical science.
