I offer holistic health and wellness services including acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine (coming January 2026), drawing from knowledge gained through clinical experience as part of my doctoral level education path in Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine as well as varied training in the healing arts.

Personal empowerment and embodiment, the intersection of psycho-emotional and physical healing, and nurturing of the inner creative are a central focus as well for my practice.

I work in a trauma-informed, inclusive manner with respect to the diversity within each human being. I approach my work with an integrative perspective, combining knowledge with research and intuition.

I am training in the akashic records and family constellations in order to deepen my ability to attune and support each person.
